Chéri is run by RIVA FOOD d.o.o., Trg Politika 3, 11158 Beograd (Stari Grad), Srbija, registration number 21880795, tax ID 113514028. We decide how the personal data you share through this website is used, and we are responsible for it.

• Table reservations. What you book, the date, time and number of guests, any special request, and your name, email address and phone number. We use them to hold your table, confirm it by email and contact you about it. Our reservation system also uses your phone number to recognise you when you book again.
• Messages. What you send us from the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: your name, contact details and message. We use them to reply; the website itself keeps no copy.
• Visits. Like every website, ours is served by computers that process your IP address, browser details and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We use booking details to arrange your visit at your request, and messages and visit data in our legitimate interest in answering you and running a secure website. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

The Google map on our Home and Contact pages is loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies, as described in Google’s privacy policy.

Staff who sign in to edit the website get a session cookie that keeps them signed in.

We share your data only with the providers that run this website and our bookings for us, and only as far as each one needs it:

• our reservation system, which stores your booking;
• Resend, which delivers our emails;
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

Beyond them, we disclose data only to public authorities, when the law requires it. Some providers process data outside Serbia, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses. The map is served by Google and WhatsApp by Meta, each under its own privacy policy.

Your data travels encrypted, and only our staff and the providers above who need it can see it.

Booking details and messages for up to 12 months after your last visit or message, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs only briefly, for security and troubleshooting.

Under Serbia’s Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018), and the GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit its use or hand it over to you or another service. You can also object to our using it in our legitimate interest. Write to info@cheribeograd.com: we reply within 30 days.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection at poverenik.rs or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

We update this policy when what we do with your data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
